Random Cooking Thoughts
- Sharp. Knives. Please sharpen your knives.
- Pasta water should be salty like the sea!
Food I Think About Not Infrequently
- The hummus from Abu Hassan in Tel Aviv.
- The omakase in Tsukiji in Tokyo, or really any of the sushi in Japan.
- These super spicy chicken samosas off the street in Penang, Malaysia that almost made me cry from the spice. I have no idea what the place was called now but the pain was so worth it.
